Boudoir Studio Tour | Tonya Espy Photography | Dayton Boudoir Photographer

2018 is nearly over and I’m so excited for what I have planned for 2019! Starting next year, I’ll be focusing primarily on boudoir! Yes, I’m still doing weddings because I love them but the majority of my business will now be boudoir! Boudoirs can be intimidating to many. A lot of women feel that boudoirs have to be really sexy and risqué, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that style of boudoir, but I want to provide a boudoir experience thats little different. Something a little more soft, feminine, and romantic so I thought this would be a great time to show you around my boudoir studio.

My boudoir studio is located in the Davis-Linden Building, not too far from downtown Dayton. It’s a 1500 sqft space with large windows and white exposed brick. My husband added 200+ sqft of beautiful new flooring this year for my boudoir corner and I’ve purchased new curtains, pillows, and sheets to give the studio a soft, warm, and romantic feeling.

When you book a boudoir session, we’ll have a pre-session consultation, in the studio, to talk about and plan your upcoming session and when the day arrives, you’ll get your hair and makeup professionally done in the studio while sipping on complimentary champagne or wine. You can, of course, bring your own beautiful wardrobe for your boudoir session but you will also have access to our client wardrobe in the studio! These sessions are so much fun and you will leave feeling confident and beautiful!

Ready to book a session? I still have a few mini session spots available on January 11th and 12th or you can book a full session anytime! Let’s chat today!

Vintage Lace Boudoir Session | Dayton Boudoir Photographer | Tonya Espy Photography

I loved all the vintage and delicate lace touches from this boudoir session last month! I get asked a lot about what to wear during a boudoir shoot. Some of my favorite places to shop for lingerie, body suits, robes, etc. are Adore Me, BHLDN, Anthropologie, Burgundy Fox Co, and Nordstrom Rack. You can also go thrifting/antiquing to find vintage gowns and robes just like the one from this beautiful boudoir session!
